Gwen Stefani's brother is Eric Stefani, who is a musician, animator, and former member of the band No Doubt. He was a founding member of the band and played keyboard and wrote songs for them. Eric left No Doubt in 1994 to pursue a career in animation, but he continued to collaborate with the band on some of their music videos. He is also known for his work as an animator on the popular TV show "The Simpsons." Gwen and Eric remain close, and she has credited him with being a major influence on her music and career.
